31-50 miles one-way $105-$125
51-70 miles one-way $125-$140
71-90 miles one-way $165
>90 miles call for fee

Receiving E-mailed docs $25 (incl set for borrower)
Receiving Faxed docs $25 (incl set for borrower)
Photocopy Doc Package $25 after signing
Fax Docs (1st 10 pages N/C) $1.00 page Second set of docs, same appt $30
If signing is cancelled prior to departure, no fee is due except any print fee incurred.
If borrowers refuse to sign, contracted fee less base fee is due and payable, including any print fee.
